Business without Borders

The AIM Project recently collaborated with Amplify Africa with a vision to foster cross-cultural business relationships. We are a global economy with challenges that are not solved by remaining behind the walls of strict nationalist thinking. Opening our minds to different ways to contribute through profitable social impact models may define our future.

Design. Story. Symphony. Empathy. Play. Meaning. These six senses increasingly will guide our lives and shape our world.

Clarity is Power

Who is sitting around your boardroom table and how do they contribute? The intention of each customized workshop is to support open dialogues on the other side of fear.  Beyond fear is the space of inquiry, creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

We know is that only about 15% of the workforce is actually engaged. Cigna has just published a report about the epidemic of loneliness and the need to reframe dialogue to speak of human connection, mental wellness, and vitality.

The cost of disconnection is business is estimated to be at least 500 Billion annually. Arguably, the cost is much higher when we consider the greater scope on relationships and a life well lived.

AIM collaborates with your business to open space in which we harness the power within our diversity. Imagine beginning your next meeting with an exercise that invites and builds trust, empathy, and compassion as foundational to growth. Participants use art as an upgrade path for transforming resistance as we design into a connected future.
